Electronic Circuits Lab 

 

This lab provides an insight into basic circuits to be handled by a novice. Students will experience the working of electronic circuits in real environment

 

Communication Lab

The fundamental concepts of different analog and digital communication systems such as microwave, optical and satellite communication are illustrated by means of different experiments. The lab is equipped with advanced microwave and optical bench setups and satellite communication system.

 Linear IC Lab

With the advent of ICs there is a revolutionary change in the art of electronic design. To keep pace with this change students can realize the digital and analog circuits in this lab.

 Microcontroller / DSP Lab

It aids in familiarizing the advanced microcontrollers and DSP, which finds numerous real time applications in industry, research and medical electronics. This lab is supported by microcontrollers, DSP, CPLD, FPGA kits and Universal Programmer.

 Digital Electronics lab

 The Digital Electronics lab lays emphasis on the fundamentals of digital electronics design aspects of sequential and combinational ckts etc. with skills familiarized with the topic in detail.

 

 

Simulation Lab

 

 Lab equipped with   latest simulation soft wares like LABVIEW, MATLAB, and ORCAD...etc

Electronic Workshop


Gives the student an exposure to essential electronic components, devices, equipments in the lab and soldering practice. Testing and trouble shooting of student projects are also provided in this lab.

 

Mechanical workshop

 

The Workshops includes elementary and basic concepts of practical side of Mechanical Engineering. In the carpentry section students undergo training in making wooden joints and shapes. In the fitting section students practice making metallic joints and shapes by filing and cutting small metal specimen In. Students practice welding in the welding section. In sheet metal work students Study about tools and equipment for sheet metal work.

  

Electrical Workshop  

 

Familiarization of various types of Service mains - Wiring installations - Accessories and house-hold electrical appliances Methods of earthling - Measurement of earth resistance - Testing of electrical installations - Precautions against and cure from electric shock.
